Never really watched this show but was working and too lazy to get up to grab the remote.

Dick Van Dyke is rather sprite for 97. Wow. Good for him. He looked better than Sara Evans did.

Don't really know much about her. I've heard the name but, not familiar with the music.

When i heard Hell on Heels, I thought maybe Miranda Lambert or one of the other members of (Pistol Annies).

I though they had it with Hoffman but, after the reveal, Mary Poppins, Chitty chitty Bang Bang.. Etc.
Dude is 97 and gets around surprisingly well and his mind/memory is still there.

Medusa,

I first thought Lady Gaga, has a new movie to promote. And I keep waiting for her to show up. but, she's not British and I don't think she's that tall. Sia is Australian but, a few people have covered her songs on the show "technically I've been here before," Medusa said" and she has a song on the 50 shades of Gray sound track.

I'm sure there's a marketing angle for the showrunners to pitch Day 1 exits. Folks like Dick Van Dyke are perfect for that kind of thing. It ups the cache of the show, and it gets the older celebs' names out there again. (Like DVD needs publicity, but you know what I mean).

They're turning over seasons way to fast. We watched the first 5-6 seasons, when they had another show between seasons and it gave a little bit of a break. Now that they're almost back to back to back, it's getting a little old. I'll probably go back and watch to se DVD, but I couldn't care less about tuning in weekly anymore.

They have always eliminated a big name celebrity on the first show of the season to promote the, "Wow! If such a big name as X was doing it, I bet there are a bunch of other big names doing this!" Then of course the rest of the participants are C, D or way over the hill celebrities who warrant a, "I didn't know they were still alive".

Medusa is Stacy Ferguson from Kids, Inc. or better yet...Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas.

just curious what fergie would have to do with buckingham palace?

Have any currently super famous people ever actually done this show? I've only seen like 2 reveals one i remember was from the brady bunch and the other was from something basically on par with that. It seems like they take big swings with their guesses that just don't line up.
