I have managed to avoid getting Covid until about 10 days ago. Symptoms were not bad but extremely tired and sluggish. Since i had it I have been Tired, experiencing dizziness and brain fog daily. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had it from Christmas ‘22 to New Years and for several weeks I had a residual dry cough and fatigue. The fatigue eventually subsides. Walking uphill causes me to slow down more than before. That’s my 2 cents.

Yes. Brain fog and fatigue are pretty common lingering symptoms.

Thanks for the feedback. I feel like brain fog and vertigo symptoms are the worst. Hoping is goes away pretty soon.

Yes - fatigue by far was my biggest issue which lasted quite a long after all other symptoms had disappeared - maybe a couple months +. Perhaps a little dizziness in the first week, but I attributed that to a prescription cough suppressant I was taking for the dry cough (but I may have been mistaken it was the suppressant).

I was 2 or 3 weeks fatigue, and then another 2 weeks elevated bp. All went away

Fatigue and cardio endurance were a bitch after Covid.

Pretty sure I currently have it.
Experiencing dizziness and fatigue. Having trouble sleeping at night so that’s part of the problem.

I had it last July and i swear I’ve had off and on symptoms since, which is really unlike me and how my immune system usually works.
I’m usually over things very quickly and hardly ever get sick.

I'm the same way and Covid kicked my arse for 10 days and then fatigue lingered for over a month. My resting heartrate was also elevated 10-12 bpm for 3 months post Covid.

It really hurt my pride how much Covid affected me considering how good of shape I was in right before

I got Covid Feb 3rd 2022,had fever, aches, cough.Took ivermectin and next day all my symptoms were gone but I was fatigued. That lasted total 4 days and then I was back to normal.
I took ivermectin 4 days in a row to make sure I knocked it out.Later I began to wonder if I shouldn’t have done that because I possibly didn’t make antibodies.I haven’t had it again so maybe I did.

I have post-COVID histamine intolerance/mast cell activation. Basically flushing and itching after I eat foods high in histamine along with fatigue and sometimes dizziness. Started the week after my primary COVID symptoms starting getting better back in early November.

Take Pepcid 2x a day (H2 blocker), Xyzal at night, and Claritin during the day (per my allergist). I’ve added a lot of foods back in but still am avoiding highest histamine foods. Fatigue and dizziness can definitely increase if I consume higher histamine foods so you might try an anti-histamine and see if that helps? The theory is COVID causes your mast cells to activate and it takes time for them to calm back down. For me I get the itching and flushing but for some they get just fatigue and dizziness.

I’ve also read where pacing can help with the fatigue as well.
