I like this plan- but I think popping one is too much. I say they just periodically release the balloons by cutting off the strings. That way they just float around in the chamber while he’s talking and CNN can’t avoid showing the balloons. He’s made a mockery of this country. He deserves to be mocked.

Joe Biden is the worst president* in our history and it isn’t even close.

It’s amazing how one shuffling old carcass can be as simultaneously as corrupt, imbecilic and incompetent. This level of terribleness has got to take effort.
