Heck with these small ones barely visible.. when is a big visible one coming around?

I remember seeing the Hale-Bopp one in 97? 98? Coming home from Gilligans in Jackson, TN. The one the cult committed suicide to get on the spaceship next to it.

And that’s something else I miss. A good ole cult with cyanide in the apple sauce.

Yeah, I looked a few nights. Saw it was close to Cassiopeia, used Sky Map to locate that, ...
tried good binoculars, tried a good camera with sharp lenses, even set up the Pentax Q with a 300mm lens to do a long exposure. I MIGHT have seen a faint green "star".
