A lot of countries have plenty of beautiful locations, and a lot of boring in between them. Of the countries I've been to the ones with the most concentrated beauty IMO:

Colombia/Ecuador/Peru (pick one, very similar)

Chile is up there. Atacama desert and the clearest skies in the world in the north. A large center that somewhat mirrors California with beaches and bluffs and a large, fertile central valley with views of the Andes. And Tierra deal fuego in the south.
The country is basically a thin line of mountains next to ocean for like 2000 miles.
