I’ve seen this repeated numerous times on here: that he was cuffed and punched while held.

I don’t believe that is the case after watching the videos. He is held by two cops but is not cuffed as the cop punches him. Now, we can agree that those punches are police brutality. But after watching the videos and listening to the audio, he does not seem to be cuffed until almost the very end. The inability to cuff him in fact seems to lead to the tremendous escalation.

After he is cuffed and on the ground, a cop kicks him several times in the head. That is obviously unnecessary police brutality. Battery. Maybe manslaughter. Maybe murder.

if they really wanted him cuffed he easily could have been. the thugs were more interested in brutality than 'compliance'.
