He’s approached me 3x in the last 6 months. I usually just tell him “get lost, Kevin” or “beat it Kevin” and he turns and walks away.
I’ve heard he gets pushy with women who are alone, yet never with guys or women who are accompanied by guys. Dude’s a pussy.

I keep a hatchet in the door of my truck for moments just like this. Guns don't seem to make the crazies back up. A hatchet or a machete seems hardwired into their idiot brains.
