I need the G clamp. I’ve got the forearm mounted bipod for western hunting. High quality equipment for sure.

The G clamp is great. My buddy borrowed it for his wyoming hunt a few months ago and clamped his spotting scope to his truck window and said it was awesome.

In my saddle on the edge of a swamp where I saw some deer earlier this season. Hoping to stick one with my new bow before the season closes.

Didn’t get here until around 15:00, don’t people take off on Friday?
.270 Winchester

Would like to have one more for the grinder. Feeder out of corn, but must have just run out judging from the tracks that appear to be after the midweek weather. Food plot came back from being nuked by the hard freeze, hopefully someone wants greens for dinner. I have to talk to my two boys about their baby and wedding timing, missed the rut completely

Had a really tall forkhorn/6 pt come out to the food plot. Could have shot him with a crossbow. Probably 3 1/2, but it was almost dark, on the back of the property and happy hour was calling. Tomorrow morning….

Took my dad deer hunting for the first time ever. He didn't feel confident in taking a 100 yard shot so I got to bloody my newly built 280 AI on a doe's neck. She was facing me head up looking right at me. I hit her about halfway down her neck and the bullet traveled down the spine and ruined first 1/3 of back strap. Recovered the jacket after breaking a lot of vertebrae. 162 grain Hornady BTSP @ around 2950

That made me chuckle. Not saying anything about your dad. Just made me think if I were to take my dad deer hunting for the first time in probably 25 years, I have a feeling he would show up with a 22lr and he’d be ready to take the first 250 yard shot available
I should get the old man in the woods next year before it’s too late. With a legal rifle of course lol

Well he's 76 and was a life long bird hunter. He's good with a scattergun but not so well with a rifle. The only time he shot a deer was about 20 years ago. Aimed at shoulder, hit the lil 3 point in the head and blew his horn off And that was with a 270 that would routinely shoot sub moa. I think more than anything he just wanted to go.

Pretty much the same as mine. Always hunted doves and squirrels. He pretty much only fishes these days but he still has the same 22 from probably 40 years ago that he absolutely loves shooting. Talks about that gun every time I see him lol
