It isn't.
I have a great judge in Mississippi named Daniel Jordan.
The Fifth circuit has been great.
However, the Obama appointees at the Court House in Baton Rouge are Marxist who practice purposivism and are staunch opponents to the freedoms inherent in us all.
Third parties, making medical determinations, for us all, are violators of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th amendment to the Constitution.

Post your updates and products.
The nation belongs to the People, not the lawyers, so ignore snippy comments from lawyerin' types.

I don't need quantity.
I am way past the point of being offended by idiots.
There is hope men. Supreme Court and the appellate courts are ruling in contradiction to the Chevron Deference...
This is bigger than most realize.
For 40 years federal agencies have been able to bypass the Constitution through administrative law, with the ability to broaden and interpret their own statutes.
Anyway...I will come back tomorrow and check to see how many want to actually follow.
I will post the reasoning behind the lawsuit and why I waited 34 months to file it.
It is called the continual violation doctrine, for those that want to look into it beforehand.

In November of 2020, Plaintiff Brown mailed a letter to Chief Judge, Shelly D. Dick, about this very issue stating in part, “I don't think that I need to point out that the men with guns wearing masks are in violation of LA RS 14:313 and I shouldn’t have to tell you that these men have violated their oaths of office when they held your administrative order up over the law of the land and denied me entry into this facility..... I am sure that you are aware that this is a trespass upon my property at your direction.... So, I am giving you notice now of such trespasses against my property and I require and demand that you correct this error via providing an exception.” (emphasis added)
Love it. Welcome. You’re at home amongst friends here.

Seems like yours is useless comments and soft harassment. Get a better hobby than being a forum debby downer.
Sometimes threats of lawsuits is enough to change policy in some non chain establishments. Maybe the guy did end the mask nonsense in stores he went into without having a ruling.

The above quotation is from an ignorant lawyer.
The principle of a thing is it's beginning.
Wisdom is the principle thing, get wisdom, and with all thy getting, get understanding.
This is the type of intellectual prostitute that inhibits the sharing of ideas.
The common law is a set of principles, unwritten, that are even found in the civil law of Louisiana.
Many times the civil law of Louisiana over steps the common law and allows torts/causes of action that the common law prohibited.
However, the reasonable man doctrine course missed this law student.
Logic and reason dictate to the "common" man how to think, morality is the dicta on how we treat others.
Everyone of you will find a common thread amongst the BAR members...intellectually they disdain us...this is one of those morons.

That is correctly me my friend...
In the original post, I stated one thing. I went from incoherent ignorant idiot to astute student of law.
I am not afraid of my past.
I am here now, for my mistakes.
It is the bottom, that I hit, that made the man today!
