Here’s a realistic, one for Alabama fans to worry about.
quote:

Former New York Jets coach Adam Gase: A former student assistant under Saban at Michigan State and graduate assistant at LSU, Gase has spent the past two seasons out of coaching after being fired by the New York Jets. He reportedly was under consideration with O’Brien to be hired by Alabama two years ago

Al.com

They also mention Jason Garrett, who was his QB coach at the Dolphins. Phew, talk about a stinker.

I don’t want Mullen. I can deal with anybody else . Whomever it is , will have to adapt to Saban’s offense anyway with a few of their own wrinkles thrown in. That has been his pattern . Hell , Mac Jones was teaching BOB the offense before he left for the draft so I don’t expect much change. Saban did say earlier in the year , that they tailored a lot of the offense for Bryce and that Bama would probably be more RPO based next year so I asssume it will be somebody who is at least familiar in that offense

I will say that Mullen is a good football coach and would probably do great ( if Saban can stand him ) but he is an arrogant prick

I wonder if he can pass a drug test.
