Chili idea

It's getting to be that time of the year. Instead of using just tomato sauce in my chili I've started mixing beef stock/broth with tomato paste. The stock is too thin to mix with tomato sauce but perfect with the paste.

I prefer cayenne to jalapenos for the heat. I also make it with beans but in a small ratio to beef.

Any other ideas about chili?

I use small cubed sirloin instead of ground beef.

Try using some bacon along with the other meat(s).
