Unfortunately, she's 50ish..but as I pointed out early on in the thread, she is consumed with trying to be "cool mom". Can you imagine her FB posts?
Possibly.. I’m still riding with the fact that she’s a HS student or a close friend of cason
She’s definitely NOT an adult, especially talking like that

The fact these guys felt the need to video consent, video this girl doing whatever else etc, they knew they were in the wrong. They tried to obtain “good video” to put them in the clear in case she called rape.
If you truly believe this, you have no idea how HS kids and some younger people in college act
They film/record everything these days

If they truly can show her dancing with them, being flirty, etc etc, that will plant in the mind of some people. They won’t simply be able to dismiss and say “it doesn’t matter, she wasn’t of clear mind to consent based on later comments by the accused”
Yup. “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt”.

Yeah the video of her talking and interacting is going to be 100x what the BAC would prove. If the prosecution only has the BAC, it's going to open up an angle for the defense. If the video shows her coherent and clearly communicating and understanding what's going on, then the BAC is going to be closer to irrelevant than damning
Do you understand that there is video of her falling and stumbling inside the bar and falling walking out of the bar? All in front of the suspects.
You haven’t seen it because their defense lawyer doesn’t want you to see it.

I think kids just video everything today. It’s all they know.

Nak's "source" must be LSU Angel

Perhaps she was doing her Differential Equations homework in the back seat?
She couldn't even come close to saying where she lived and the defendants described her as being "drunk drunk" and she had a Blood/Alcohol level that could kill a professional wrestler and, somehow, you are still holding on to the possibility that she was "clearly communicating and understanding what's going on."

Sure, but the communications before the sex acts will be much more meaningful in showing her mental state, which is the crucial variable.
At this point I wouldn't put money on the 4 getting off without odds, because we're just speculating on the video's contents. If the video shows her coherent, communicating, and understanding what's going on, the odds of conviction drop dramatically. If the video shows the stuff wine mom is claiming, the odds of conviction drop.

That is a reach and you are just making shite up.
Making stuff up?
The suspects in the affidavit say she walked up to them outside of the bar and asked for a ride home.
She didn’t ask them for anal sex. You are making that up in your twisted head.

the judge watched the video and said it was clear a crime was committed.

Have you seen the video? I have not. My statement was conditional.

What is she claiming?

Go back to like 271 I'm not re-posting it

How did she get her destination address wrong 3 times if she is coherent? That's a pretty simple question that will be very hard to answer alone.
Then add the BAC, the perps' words, potentially other videos showing her stumbling and whatnot (haven't seen those, so I say potentially for now), I think it's going to be hard to make the claim she was in her right state of mind.

The defendants saw her live that night and, per their own words, they knew she was very drunk.

That video with Nakamoto and the Houston station is infuriating.

Cool. Has nothing to do with the videos' contents.

19th Judicial District Judge Brad Myers says prior to setting bond, he viewed video filmed by one of the suspects. He noted the video showed the suspects “callously” laughing as the young student slurred her words inside of the car, but does not show the assault. Myers says he also reviewed video from Reggie’s bar near LSU which showed the student stumbling, falling over, and needing help standing prior to the sexual encounter.
Defense lawyers hoped the videos would prove that the sexual encounter was consensual. Instead, Myers said the video combined by statements investigators say they obtained from Carver about the student’s behavior at the time was enough to convince him that a crime had occurred.
“The evidence to me is clear,” said Myers.

How could it not? Does the law not say the accused needs to know or should have known that the victim was too intoxicated?
