I wonder where they get their info from? I also wonder if maybe it was a statistic like Britain-born or something. Not saying that's it. Just curious where they got this stat. Possibly a misunderstanding.

The 1996 date pertains to a school shooting so per usual someone misread the data or just perused the headline and to some people that’s now fact in their minds.
