1. im on record as perfectly ok if when biden is indicted for crimes. i suppose gop has to impeach first. go for it.
2.
im not sure i "predicted" ** per se. its on my short list though.
right now
# 1. fanni willis district attorney of fulton co. atl.
she finished grand jury1.
should be presenting to ordinary grand jury within 30 days. a trial by may.
2. doj. i expect trump indictment on MAL docs, also by may.
3. doj. j6. indictment this summer.
4. manslaughter in dc. piling on. by d.c. district attorney . at this point only after doj 3 above.
** during the j6 hearings MSNBC had Joyce Vance on to pontificate. she teaches law at US Bham. it was she and only she who said it looks to her as if the death of the woman can be said to lie at trumps feet because he could have stopped it and didnt for another hour after she died. the manslaughter charge requires another underlying crime. youve now got people found guilty of seditious conspiracy. thats your underlying crime .

Manslaughter seems too much of a reach, IMO. This ruling is a trip, btw.

Your streak of being 100 percent wrong with Trump predictions continues. It’s impressive, really.

A Clinton appointee ruling for a Clinton against trump. Not a trip. Partisan rulings are to be expected.

Right, of course. That's definitely the counter-play and been part of his legal strategy since the Justice Dept started investigating his dad for housing practice violations since the 70's. If you get a ruling against you, attack the judges. When he was mentored by mob-lawyer, Roy Cohn, Cohn would say, "if they hit you, hit back 10 times harder".
It's worked his whole career and has a good chance of working here.

Poor Alina Habba got hit with the joint and several liability
Posted on 1/20/23 at 10:54 am to boosiebadazz
And Trump's trying to stick her with 100% of the $1M of course.
quote:
Trump and Habba – as well as her law firm Habba, Madaio and Associates – are jointly liable for the $1m penalty, though the former president indicated to associates that he essentially believed it should be paid by his attorney instead of him, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Once again, he hires a small unknown commercial real estate firm to handle a defamation/libel case. Why can’t he attract quality, qualified representation for these high profile cases?

He must be a nightmare of a client. By now, you know that appealing to adhering to ethical professional standards isn't going to cut it with the boss. And he tries to do whatever he can to avoid paying his bills.

The tax returns almost broke them. They waited 6 years to prove pee pee tape, for nothing.

It's not for nothing for Christopher Steele. He was a party to this and the judge says that Trump has to pay him AND Clinton. Trump is likely not happy.
