Whoo boy what an album. The whole thing is a trip - a wide variety of styles thrown together and threaded through by Brian Eno’s production. Once in a Lifetime may actually be the 4th best song on that album. Born Under Punches and The Great Curve are both legendary, haunting songs.

I like the whole album front to back, but the first four tracks might be the best four opening tracks of any album ever.

Listening Wind is one of my favorite songs. Phish's costume set of this album in 1996 is their best Halloween performance.
Side note - I really enjoyed David Byrne's American Utopia. That was just a really fun experience.

Remain In Light passes the acid test. You might not think of the Talking Heads as a psychedelic band but that album fills the bill. (Stop Making Sense is also a good watch in an elevated state.)
As for Phish Halloween ‘96, it was their second best musical costume. ‘98 was better. Their cover of Remain In Light, with Karl Perazzo joining on percussion, was masterful. But they crushed Loaded. They took that to places the Velvet Underground never conceived. They made that shite their own.
