The first 2 episodes of 1923 are more entertaining than the entire released episodes of season 5 of Yellowstone.

This is truthful, although the Indian/nun storyline seems wothless so far.

I love it. I can watch stuff from the late 1800s and early 1900s all day.

Does anyone else think the indian girl is Helen Miren?

Huh? No.
Maybe she ends up being related to Thomas Rainwater or Monica, but still it seems unnecessary.

i don't think so. of course since the events at yellowstone and in africa don't seem to be on the same timeline. I guess the events at the school could have happened earlier.
problem is, helen doesn't look anything like the indian girl.

I'm just spit-balling here but with her name being Teonna Rainwater and Chief Thomas Rainwater being an adversary to John Dutton III in the current Yellowstone might offer some sort of generational connection...
Just Saying

I find that the spinoffs are way better than the last two-three seasons of Yellowstone.
I suspect that the 6666 spinoff will also be better...even though no one asked for it.

You think in post-civil war-era western U.S. they were able to change an Native-American girl's facial features and skin color enough for her to become a white woman?
Keep in mind, this is the same time period as when they couldn't even save a person's leg if it had a bullet lodged in it.

I never caught her last name, but figured it was a connection to him or Monica. Still it's the most boring part of the show so far.

Someone brought this up in the other thread but Thomas Rainwater didn’t grow up on the reservation thought he was Mexican until he was 18 and found out he was adopted

It is , but it was satisfying watching her beat the shite out of the nun.

Just because he didn’t know about his mom and history until he was 18 doesn’t mean it can’t be what drives him now.
