Both need to be fired.
Frankly, McNair needs to sell the team or just own from a distance.
Texans organization is a dumpster fire. They are also about to piss away the #1 overall pick. Not like the bears are going to draft a QB, but they could always trade out and then really screw the Texans.

How Lovie Smith continues to get jobs after being fired is beyond me. I’m sure he will get hired by the Browns or some god awful organization in a year or two again

Lovie was hired as a sitting duck. They’ll probably give him a year with the new rookie QB unless they have a QB guru HC available
