Wife and I are going to Breckenridge next week. We have skiing, sledding, etc booked.
Looking for restaurant and bar recommendations. Suggestions?

Generally speaking, the food is just average. We really like the Canteen. this is our favorite place to eat and hang out. Empire burger is solid as well. Breckenridge Tap house is a cool spot as well. Some places can have a weird menu, so just be mindful. Y’all will have a blast. Me and the wife love Breck. It’s an incredible place. Anywhere along Main Street is fun to have a drink. There’s a nice distillery up out of town about a mile or two called Breckenridge Distillery. We stay at an AirBNB next door to here. Also, a little Mexican place across the street from here that is actually pretty damn good. Not sure what level skier you are but there are slopes for all skill levels. Hope y’all have a great time!

Try Columbine Cafe for breakfast
Twist is cool
The Distillery
Blue Moon for breakfast
Gampientros Italian and pizza or something was decent.
We went to Keystone this year and it's approx 15 Miles away from Breckenridge. They have some eateries in the main square at the base of the mountain.

We don't really have high expectations for food. First time either of us have seen legit snow and cold weather. Just hoping to take in the experience. We're not high dollar food people. Breckenridge is my favorite bourbon, so that's on our list.

Telluride
1) It's West then South and about 5 hours in good conditions.
2) STFU, we don't need anymore people in Telluride. It's bad enough that they keep adding more daily flights into Montrose.

The Distillery isn't cheap but is a very good experiaence. They offer a free shuttle. It may be too late to book, but you should try.
Mimo Fancy Tapas is a relatively new Spanish joint on South Main...great place. No reservations, small, run by a Spanish family. Not cheap, but won't break the bank.
La Francaise Bistrot...a must for a really nice meal and experience. Run by a French couple and their duaghter who operates the bakery next door. Not cheap but not terribly expensive.
Blue Stag....causal, great bar, good food and very good pizza,. We go there over Eric's for casual food.
Yo Mommas Cantina...fine little Mexican/Tex Mex joint. Very casual...English isn't spoken in the kitchen. Pricing is good for Breck.
Daylight Donuts...a tradition. Very good donuts.
Crepe Cart of Main...the ladies love it.
Gold Pan Saloon...great place for a casual lunch on Main.
Hope this helps. Have fun. And, FWIW, I think Breck has some excellent food options. There are some high end places that do really good work.

The second location, behind the post office, rarely has a line IF it's open. It should be open in ski season.
The line on Main can be daunting.

My only recommendation would be to set reservations NOW. Otherwise you may be waiting for 1-2 hours to eat anywhere depending on how busy it is. I do agree that the distillery is worth checking out!
