The thing with Dyson is I actually feel pretty good about his ability to put the ball on the floor and get into the paint, he may not make it but I'm pretty sure teams aren't going to scheme to allow open looks at the rim. Pressuring the rim is never a bad thing, especially when we're an above average team on the offensive boards.

Dyson had a string there when he first started getting consistent minutes, he was averaging 5 FGA's in 24 minutes a night. Since then that number has dipped to just 2 FGA's in 16 minutes.

He does a good job driving, but has not been good at all at finishing at the rim yet. He needs to develop a floater.

His offense, like Herb, is ultimately what will define him as either a utility player or a "guy" in this league.

Dyson/Herb work on our team as starters cause when healthy you have 4 other legit 20ppg capable guys.

80% of other teams they would be bench utility defenders that are behind guys in the rotation that bring more necessary offense. Which isn't a knock, nut just illustrates that is an area Dyson will need to level up quite a bit

He has a floater. It was actually one of his biggest strengths as a prospect. He just hasnt used it much in the Nba. He needs to get back to using it
