Are we going to pretend like New Orleans is the only violent part of the state? Baton Rouge and Shreveport are extremely violent as well. The entire state has a violence problem.

Right, but New Orleans IS the problem along with the other large Democrat city of Shreveport. Northerners blame it on stupid, uneducated rednecks though.
