After many hours of tabulating, tallying, counting, adding, and analyzing the comprehensive available data, the winners have been positively identified.

LouisianaLady - Fondant Potatoes

Darla Hood - Sausage and Potatoes

MeridianDog - Chicken, Broccoli, Cheese, Potato and Corn Chowder

SixthAndBarone - SPICY SZECHUAN PORK STUFFED POTATO ROLLS

LouisianaLady, what is our next challenge ingredient?

Also, anybody up for skipping the month of January?

I inadvertently skipped December, but I really wanted to do something with fondant potatoes.

I made some years ago and loved them, was excited to replicate, but life got in the way.

I’ve won once, and let’s just say I’m set up quite nicely

YAY

I’ll have to brainstorm for a bit. I wasn’t expecting to win.

I was actually hoping to see gnocchi in the submissions. The potatoes I made were amazing. First time making or even having fondant potatoes.

January is okay for me because I’m off for half the month, but I’m also totally fine skipping if it’s busy for folks.

it’s not so much a time thing for me, it’s a ingredient thing. If I can get what I have in mind it’s no issues. I’m fine with whatever y’all decide

Yeah, January should be easier than December. If it's an ingredient that I want to use.

Congratulations LouisianaLady and Miss Darla. Nice to get beat up by two lovely ladies. Some men pay big money to have that happen and I got it for free.

Seriously. Great job everyone.

If the next one is postponed until later I still plan on eating, so whatever happens is ok with me, unless I win the lottery, then my entry will come from Europe or Japan. We haven't decided yet.

I’m digging casserole or spinach. Just my opinion though

Same. Spinach has endless possibility.

Let’s go spinach!

Spinach in January it shall be!

Looks like Jan 24 would be the week. Will make a thread later.

Congrats, LL! Thanks, MD! We were one point away from each other, but well below LL. It’s all good.

Jan 24 - Spinach is pretty easy to do keto, so I'm in.

I wrote a recipe tonight for my entry. Sadly I started with one and ended with two. Now I have difficult decisions to make. Might cook both in the next couple or three weeks and decide which to enter then.
