That's fine; I advocate for walkable cities and I chose the best neighborhood that I could for that in HTX.

The less cars and more walking and biking in urban areas is just better for everyone. It's not a debate.

And by urban areas, I am talking about large metros, not Walker.

Right, because all of your beliefs don't apply to all urban areas.

America living as dense as any european city is just a bad idea. And walkable cities need density to work.

No doubt. I think those areas should be taxed accordingly, even though they are woefully undertaxed for their consumption.
