Yeah mid-late first round is usually $10-15m for 4 years and he’d get $6-7m in signing bonus
It’s a shame if he has to leave the school but he can get rich and serve his country in other ways

At this point he cant just leave the academy to prepare for the draft. When you attend your first class your junior year you are now committed to Uncle Sam. If he leaves the academy before graduation he will be reassigned to a regular Army unit as an enlisted soldier.
