Phillipe Nover looks legit as we have been saying. He walked through that guy.
Oh and on the previews for next week we see that the coach's challenge is a soccer shootout and Nog admits that he never played soccer growing up. So let me get this straight - last season we had a black coach (Rampage) get his arse kicked in a basketball challenge and he admitted that he never played b-ball growing up. And now this year we have a Brazilian who never played soccer? Looks like the UFC is trying to debunk all stereotypes one season at a time.

Kaplan looked terrible. He didn't even do anything. I was shocked to see him immediately give up his guard...he deserved to get owned.

Junie is a worm. I hope he gets knocked out in his next fight, and spends the rest of his life living in an alley and getting paid meth money to be in Bum Fights. The only reason he was hating on Kaplan was because he got his feelings hurt that Mir is saying that Kaplan is his best at 155. After Junie's fight with Roli who can blame him?

I cant believe Junie had the balls to say that Kaplan ran his mouth too much...i'd raise hell too if one of my teammates was giving the other team pointers on how to beat me...

I had to negotiate with the wife. I watched WEC and I let her watch her show at 9. I recorded it though.
Did you see WEC last night? That was some entertaining fights. Other than Filho.

I missed the Filho fight but saw the rest. Faber and Pulver shocked the hell outta me.

Took the twins to Toys R Us and had to catch it from 11-1. The shot on Faber didn't look that bad to me. 
As far as TUF...wow is all I can say. First they piss in the fruit. Then nut on the sushi.
Then he just walked through him like he was nothing. Very impressive imo.

I honestly didn't know it was coming on last night until like 5 minutes before it did. At that point the woman had already seized control of the big screen to watch Dancing with the Stars so I had to DVR it. I am going to watch it tonight though.

He keeps it, the fight was a non-title fight. However, there is an unwritten rule that you must defend your belt at least once every 12 months. Last time Filho defended it was 12/07.
Under normal circumstances he would probably be stripped, however WEC is dissolving their MW and LHW divisions. Filho and Sonnan will most likely move over the the UFC and the belt will go away.
