At this stage, Trump is less important than what he represents.

For the people to allow such a third world political lynching to go unpunished... one where our own government is complicit, just as news is breaking about the FBI lying to social media about the Biden laptop to salvage Biden's presidential hopes... would be a far greater tragedy than just tossing Trump aside for another R candidate and moving on.

Trump being re-elected means absolutely dick for the people who participated in the illegal operation against him. He couldn't do anything about it the first time and he can't the second time if he gets it. Neither can DeSantis, FWIW. There aren't enough patriots in positions of power for that to happen.

The greatest thing Trump ever did was to convince you folks that he's really in it for the people.

Trumps ego played a major role. When Obama made fun of him, he said “hold my beer”. Also, Trump may have been the only politician in DC to lose money in the last 6 years.

He’s attacked a lot but he’s earned it. He’s a slanderer and scapegoater. That’s his whole game. Wtf did he expect?

I didn’t say I wanted him re-elected per se. I’m saying the system needs to be gutted and heads need to roll or it’ll continue happening. Trump or no Trump.

And as far as what can be done, a potus can absolutely fire the director on day one and appoint a replacement who is committed to reform. You suggest we do nothing?

They're on someone's payroll to do this. Soros sounds like a good possibility. Maybe the DNC? Maybe the MSM cabal? Maybe the uniparty?

No, I'm just realistic about what will happen. The media already swept this under the rug; they're not going to come back and expose their idols AND admit that they were complicit, and without a national awareness about what happened there's just no political force to expose something this big. It's a version of "too big to fail". It's the same reason the 2020 election was never going to be overturned no matter what evidence surfaced.

That doesn't mean doing nothing going forward; the FBI can and should be gutted and oversights put into place, but the Strozks and Comeys got away with it. It sucks, but they did. I'd LOVE to be wrong.

This is the post I was responding to that you said everything about it was untrue. How about you explaining what exactly about it is untrue?

Give me the link where he hosted Russians in the Oval Office and where Americans were excluded. He had no American staff? His staff would say nothing if he's having treasonous discussions with Russians? You Trump haters are off the charts with your delusions.

Jan 13, 2019 — President Trump has gone to extraordinary lengths to conceal details of his conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin

Trump met Putin without staff or note takers present — again
Jan 29, 2019 — Per the Financial Times, Trump and Putin met at the G20 in Argentina without notetakers or staff.

No, Trump isn't even a close second.

YOU are the pinnacle of sore losing.

After Trump cornholed your boy Kasich, you became a broken down, skyscreaming, old-man bithc.......
