Reading through the Youtube comments, apparently it was the following joke that irritated the woman:

“My dog is named Cupcake. She hates other dogs (her own kind) but loves people (her oppressor) and I refer to the dog as a black republican we should have named Clarence”

A pretty lousy joke, imo, and probably racist, but nothing to make a scene about. It's a comedy show, just let it slide. It isn't especially surprising that a Biden voter would give Biden's racism a pass while saying racist shite about a black conservative. It's par for the course, really.
