Why? He didn’t body slam him, he didn’t throw him down then stand over him. He made the smart play by not throwing him down. It was definitely embarrassing, but what would they call a penalty on exactly?

there wouldn't be any players left by halftime if something that simple was an ejectable offense.
give him 15 yards for taunting if you want, but ejecting is just crazy talk.
for wrapping up and holding him instead of planting him into the turf?
that's actually preferred to just hold him in complete control than slamming him down due to player safety.
