I noticed last week that some of you were lightning fast with score updates.

Where do ya'll get the best updates? Aside from being at the game...

Curtis by 14+. They don't play real football in Baton Rouge.

STM grad 1983 (first class). Go Cougars! A match up with Teurlings would be awesome.

Dunham vs Lab crew was as Mickey Mouse as it gets.

That crew is going to work a state championship and couldn’t even get basic timing rules correct. All game.

Most egregious one was under 2 min in the second quarter lab trying to drive and the lab QB is brought down by a horse collar. And it’s called.

Well the crew WINDS THE CLOCK and labs drive runs out of time.

Again, a state championship crew from whatever association and they can’t even get basic high school timing rules correct in the SEMIFINALS.

I was at the LCA- Teurlings game and I'd like to know how many penalty yards LCA racked up. Seems like every other play the refs were throwing flags. Teurlings maybe had 5 penalties all game.

Someone on Facebook said that LCA had 200+ yards in penalties and a TCHS fan chimed in and said not to blame the refs. It was a well officiated game and that he needed blame LCA'S "undisciplined" team.

He fired back with...I guess if they were more disciplined, they would have dropped 100 instead of just 68

The Irony that Bro. Martin got a semifinal win on nearly the 50th anniversary of one of the most bizarre semifinal games(plural) it was played twice should not be lost.

NYT link to story about the game.
