step 1 - sell everything you own
step 2 - put it all in your kids names/accounts
step 3 - apply for government assistance and live off the government check like 60% of the country does
you will have enough to live decently collecting $2k a month, but you wont be paying taxes any more with only $25k yearly income

i know a black guy who cheats system like that. does cash stucco work. company is in his wifes name. while she pays him cash to do stucco work he collects disability. BOOM.
divorce your wife but stay together and maybe you can get medicaid instead of this POS unaffordable obamacare.
