Not to dis your vet but...
Lethargy in a baby puppy is not a good thing, and is almost certainly not due to food allergies. Did he/she run any tests? Is this your first time bringing the pup to the vet or did you do a well-puppy visit right after you got him?
Teeth grinding points to pain/discomfort. Did you continue feeding what the breeder was feeding the pup? Again, what does the breeder say? Tell me you got this dog from a reputable breeder and not from a WalMart parking lot...

We picked her up at Canton Trade Days on the 7th, breeder wont answer my call. He said both parents were good duck dogs and he cut me a deal on the pup. This is first time to take her to a vet, we have been feeding her iams puppy food, not sure what the breeder was feeding. She seems to be getting better tho.
