Doubtful.

He has done the same with Tesla. Told workers to get back to the office as soon as the CV crap was over and especially any managers that they have to be at the office. He hates WFH.

This, plus to drive culture change. He has repeatedly said that Twitter has a lackadaisical and inefficient culture.
