Hurts like a MF.

Did you immediately fall like you had collapsed?

If you're a R.I.C.E. fan then you already know how to treat it.

I had one that took the better part of a year to heal. Good luck.

I can see it. As a tall guy, I like the sport, but damn it's played so low to the ground.

Once upon a time, there was a code writer who got out of his lane and actually attempted to do some physical activity.

It didn’t end well for him, he pulled his hammy.

Is that when you lay in a bathtub full of rice, like you do with a phone when it falls in the water?

Pulled hammy?

Alternate ice and heat and get sympathy handy from the wife.

Torn hammy= pain

No in that scenario the rice is there for the "night asians" to eat as they fix your phone.

Congrats on creating a chronic injury. Hopefully I’m wrong.

I have a cold and have coughed so hard, I somehow inflamed my sciatic nerve. So now I’m sick and have excruciating lower back pain to boot.

Btw I’m miserable. Anybody understand the mechanics of sciatica? I’m not a fatso or anything. Wtf?
