Sorry, that was hit, just not what the player intended. Had he did what he intended, Daniels would have been knocked out. It was not targeting but it was a personal foul. That would have been called on an LSU player.

Bingo
It wasn’t targeting, but it was hitting a player that slid to give up himself.
It should have been 15 yards and no one tossed.
