I met a guy from Eastern Washington State last night.

He was in for the game with this wife. It was his first time in Tiger Stadium and they wanted to experience it because he had heard so much about it from his friend that played in the 50-60's teams.
I told him I'd meet him at the 50 yard line after the game and we could celebrate.
I spoke to him about what to expect and...it happened.
THAT WAS HIS BUCKET LIST GAME.
One more disciple was born last night...

I went to the 50 but he wasn't there or we just didn't see each other in the crowd which was really tight.

I still remember in the mid 90's my college buddies and I were driving up to BR and we stopped at a rest area and were standing outside our car having a beer(yeah trashy I know).
This old couple from Georgia(who we were playing) pulls up in a caddilac and this dude is in his 70's. He wanted to talk football. We offered him a beer and he shared stories of when he played football for Georgia and stuff like that. He was shocked that we had been so nice to him and had offered him a beer while we talked. We have many many faults, but it's so cool sometimes to see when things are positive.

Had 4 Canadians in section 416 having the time of their life. Came to see the tigers play in the greatest atmosphere in sports!!

Chatted with two girls in a London pub. One was Australian and had been to a game at Tiger Stadium with some friends from New Orleans.
