I'm glad he's excited about the win but he has nothing to do with the success of sports at LSU so I will wait to see what he does on campus before judging him

Couldn’t care less about his research paper as dumb as CRT is. But based on his lack of qualifications and head coaching experience, Tate’s paper, and the “everything is racist” narrative in sports today, Mel Tucker would’ve 100% been a diversity hire and some people, unlike yourself, were intelligent enough to see through that.

As president he has veto power over the AD. That’s what happened when Aleva tried to fire Les after the aTm game.
Moreover his 100% support of the athletic program, particularly football, is one reason Kelly says he came here bc lsu had the perfect alignment… unlike Notre Dame where he fought the administration for improvements.
