I want all his riches.

Interesting….I have never seen how it was laid out in different rooms!

Some of his stuff was just thrown in there like a storage unit.
1000 years from now people are going to find our tombs all over the place. "His servants placed his rocking chair here for the afterlife" "He was planning on reading a stack of Sports Illustrated swimsuit editions on his trip across the river Styx."

Would you want to spend all of eternity in a studio?

Probably that way because of the thieves. His tomb got robbed twice before the entrance was hidden.

Wasn’t it only still there to be discovered because he was so unremarkable that thieves weren’t interested in robbing him?

I watched a documentary on Disney+ and they also mentioned that it looked like they were in a hurry due to him dying unexpectedly. It literally looked like they just threw stuff in and shut the door.
I thought they only got into an outer chamber but I'm probably remembering incorrectly.

His reign was kinda forgotten about immediately since he spent most of it as a deformed sickly child.
The reason why thieves didn’t discover it is because the entrance was blocked up with construction debris from another tomb under and instruction and people built housing over the cave entrance and everyone forgot that Tut ever existed.

I believe this is correct

The clay lock on his tomb with the rope interlocking the doors is kind of an eerie image to me
Not exactly a Fort Knox to break it open and get into it
But like it sits there for thousands of years and then we go and crack it open to find all that gold

Any of you Tiger fans know the name of the man who discovered King Tut’s tomb? Hint: It wasn’t Tyrone “Bingo” Black.

His father Akhenaten was infinitely more fascinating than he was, in fact one of the most interesting characters in all of Ancient Egypt imo.

Well yes, but we have Jack shot of his anymore though.

Some poor bastard's great grandson probably can't get his pecker hard to this day because they opened that damn thing.
