And tirzepitide (Mounjaro) is even more effective. If there is a medicine to help people move from morbidly obese to just plain fat why not incorporate it?
Many will gain it back after discontinuing use but many will learn how to eat and change their lifestyle altogether.

its not that much beter but yes it is better but its not technically approved yet i dont think. I think difference was avg of like 3% more weight loss.
until then, best bet is glp-1 combined with AOD if patient can stand daily injection or glp-1 with ghrh/ghrp combo and if heart healthy epherdine/caff stack to raise metabolism.
but yea why would you not prescribe somehting that could help the cause and not just treat symptoms? dumb not to.
