Im just watching highlights on fb but this team will be really really good. I know they playing a scrub team but shooting is shooting and these girls can really shoot. They will get scoring from alot of players but Johnson and Poa are stars.

Looked about like I expected. Talented players had spurts of very good play and then periods where they were all over the place. Not unexpected when the 5 players on the floor all played at a different program 6-8 months earlier.
But Angel Reese didn't play (won't play in either exhibition supposedly) and Morris left the game early after getting hit in the eye.
They will be fine down the road, just need time together. Poa, Johnson and Carson were very nice adds. Its already pretty apparent who that rotation of 8 or 9 are.

She is fine...was just "withheld from competition" as Les used to say

Kim said in postgame about Reese and Payne (paraphrase):
1. Reese not playing was my decision;
2. Payne us in concussion protocol and has a nose injury.

Just watched the highlights
This team can shoot and is much more athletic than last year's slow plodding team that couldn't shoot at all and the likely best player didn't even play
It was impressive to watch and I know the competition was pretty bad
In 23/24 with that recruiting class coming in and with what South Carolina is losing, they may not lose a game that season.
