The three main reasons why the Saints are 2-5 instead of 5-2

Turnovers/Differential-Penalties-Injuries
The Saints are dead last in turnover ratio with (-10). Also ranked 29th in Off. drive ending turnovers. They have turned the ball over on 18% of their offensive drives. You are giving your opportunities over to the other team and putting your defense back on the field every time. The Saints are dead last in thrown interceptions at 9 and dead last at intercepting the ball at 1.
The team is ranked 30th in penalties with 52/459 yds. We are tied for the most false starts at 13 and all by ourselves with a league leading 11 defensive holding calls. On offense you put yourself in to a deficit and you affect your play calling. On defense you put yourself in a hole and give your opponent a fresh set of downs.

According to this article we were the fifth most banged up team in the NFL going in to week 5. This has likely hurt the team more than anything else considering it has affected our QB's and earlier in the season the rb's. Also devastated the wide receivers and defensive backfield. The bad news is you can try to minimize injuries but they are going to happen in a violent sport like football. The good news is penalties and turnovers can be minimized if the team makes it a priority. Bottom line, the Saints have got to stop beating themselves with penalties and turnover or it won't make any difference who they put on the field.

Sounds and appears like we are very poorly coached team. Oline does jump offsides a lot. More than any saints team I can remember.
Defense is horrid. Rarely get pressure and no turnovers.

Our shitty Saints are about to win this shitty division. Then we run the table and beat the Bills in the SB.

Over 40 of those points were given up by the offense with turnovers.
