I see what you are saying, but this isn’t a hindsight is 20/20 thing with Peat.
Many of us acknowledged that was a mistake at the moment of the signing that would likely cost us another player or 2 that is actually good.
And it’s played out exactly that way.

In all fairness I hate Peat but we lost Hendrickson and Bell more because we kept Peat than CGJ. I think he was leaving regardless just like Marcus Williams was. That being said Loomis should have to answer for not getting some sort of decent return for both those guys when he knew they weren’t going to come back to the Saints.
