Refinanced to 2.625% last year. I might never move again.

The refi market has to be absolutely dead. Our current rate is 2.375%. Hopefully rates are a little more normal in 3 years when I want to move. 5% would be fine, I just don't want 8%. We might not ever see 2.5% again in our lifetime.

I was a little late to the party and locked in at 3.45%. At the time I was kind of pissed because I missed out on the sub 3% rates. Considering where the rates are now I'm counting my blessings.

I'm at 2.25 for 15, and I actually want to sell and move, but don't think I can.
