re: 68 days in Dealership Service Department

I don’t know this applies to the lemon law but i do know that if a vehicle stays in the service department for a certain number of days within a year, the delete ship has to take it back legally.

Now, the sunroof may not apply to this but there might be some actual recourse you have

Lemon law only applies to New vehicles not preowned from what I have read.

Lemon law doesn’t apply to used vehicles. Also the dealership is under no legal obligation to take a vehicle back.

Many years ago my dad had a new Lincoln Continental that had a sunroof leak they couldn’t get right. He got a new vehicle out of it under the Lemon Law. Didn’t need a lawyer, just worked it out with the deslership.
