an actual example of both Fascism and Nazism.

You must live in clown world. If I don't like you, I am not required to enter into contracts with you. If a bank decides that Kanye is not worth the trouble, they are not required to bank with him. In what alternative universe is that "nazi" or "fascist?"

You poor, dumb, ignorant fool. Let me educate you. I’m guessing you’re too stupid to have ever heard of something called the Nuremberg Laws. In their initial iteration, Jews were stripped of citizenship and restrictions placed upon where they could work and who they could marry. Later provisions were added that stripped their right to access things like banking and legal contracts.

Do yourself a favor. The next time you think you want to debate me on matters of history, just don’t. All you’ll achieve is to make yourself look stupid.

Sure if it is a strictly private to private venture

However JPMorgan receives federal money, and they have received bailout money from the Federal Treasury as part of its Capital Purchase program

In situations where the federal government could potentially have undue influence on an institution, it becomes much blurrier. Especially when it comes to free speech issues

The government has found ways to influence institutions like facebook and twitter without having to directly curtail free speech themselves

How true is that, though?
