It was yet another missile test as they've been doing forever. They had three in the last few weeks alone.

Apparently it is the first that has flown over Japan in 5 years, and caused evacuations.
Yes, likely North Korea being North Korea but being a political board and not seeing any threads yet i thought i would bring it.
In todays climate, further aggression and action by NK seems relevant to me.

This. Though it is awfully bold to be shooting over another country, they do this all the time.
