i didn't like it when Kerry did it... i wouldn't care for Trump doing it. i hope that doesn't make me marxist.
That being sad, Trump would be doing it in US interest whereas Kerry was not so i don't know if Trump's would be a violation of the Logan Act.

Logan Act would not apply here unless Trump headed a peace group without Biden's permission.
