What about all the ones locked up here? Are they less victims than Griner? What about all the folks locked up on bogus gun possession charges or thousands of other things that are not crimes? Who is speaking for them? Griner went to a foreign country knowing that possessing drugs was criminal in its view. Why do something so stupid?

Has nothing to do with politics. Plain simple fact, what BG tried to bring into country was illegal. They did not make the law after she tried to sneak it in!! It was a law and as a guest in a foreign country, we are required to abide by their laws. She made a mistake and now she is subject to their laws! Don't feel sorry for her one bit.
