Instead of acknowledging any of the facts presented, you say this childish shite. I guess that’s all you can do when you’re as dumb as you are.

Or, and hear me out, Drew Brees listens to people with more than his ears & is capable of growth.

I’d love to compare your dirty laundry to his (which I gather amounts to apologizing to people)?

I have to disagree man. Listening to your teammates is noble, sure. Siding with and actively advocating for a criminal attempting to attack a cop with a knife is not growth, for anyone - Knees, his teammates, or the people like who who worship them

They were his teammates. Do you know what a team is?

His comments could have started a war within the team for the final years of his career. I say he sucked up his feelings for the betterment of the team.

He was wrong about one thing that he came back to speak on. He mentioned that he saw things one way, from his perspective. He then did what great leaders do and walk in his teammates shoes. This was never about that guy. (I don't even remember what his name is, but I guarantee you that it's burned into your brain). It was about bringing awareness to a an issue that the majority of his teammates thought was a problem. That's it.

That’s fair, but the dude isn’t Brett Favre so people need to quit acting like it.

I’m still a fan of the dude because he just seems like a dude… and almost always was an underdog.

2020 was a weird year & a lot of people on a lot of sides ate a lot of crow. It’s not a big enough deal to be petulant about it for 2+ years IMO, but carry on.

It is a big deal. The mentality that Knees embraced is taking over our our country. If someone with the platform like Knees actually stood up for what is inherently beneficial to society, maybe we would be in a better place today than we were 2+ years ago

You are correct, and the bozos on here that make stupid derogatory comments about him, tells us more about them and the low life they are than anything about Drew Brees.

Or, hear me out, He threw his beliefs and grandfather under the bus only to crack for "team unity".

Then doubles down and put Jacob Blake on his helmet.

I pretty much said at the time he was in a bad situation from the jump and let it go, after I don't know how many apologies & to come back a few weeks later and put this criminal name on his helmet, I was like damn this dude is a pussy, and lost all the goodwill he's done.

It was almost like the "leaders of the Saints" you know who they were at the time, was like lets see how far we can push this fricker and get him to do crazy shite. unbelievable.

Activley advocated for. You take one misguided and mislabeled instance and make a mountain out of the molehill. And, Brees gets trounced for keeping his (our) team together.

I don't know if you feel sorry for him or hate that he had his teammates back over your particular views?

You sound like you found out Jesus wasn't white.

Do you even read what you type? Or do you actually feel that way?

You agree that he decided to completely change his stance and throw his support behind a rapist who attacked a police officer with a knife (historical facts).

Drew Brees has significant influence. He was presented with this “issue” in a heated and polarizing political climate. He could have easily stood on his own principals and made an actual impact in this world. Instead he decided that winning more fricking games of a meaningless sport is more important.

You’re the problem too.

Drew Brees Quote:

""I envision my two grandfathers, who fought for this country during World War II, one in the Army and one in the Marine Corp," Brees said. "Both risking their lives to protect our country and to try to make our country and this world a better place. So every time I stand with my hand over my heart looking at that flag and singing the national anthem, that's what I think about."

Pussy part comes in a few weeks later when he went against his beliefs for all this team unity shite. Most of those racist on his team, Ya I said racist, because they were going to be right because of their skin color,
not their beliefs.

Now right or wrong, they didn't give 2 shits about Drews grandfather and the Flag. They just wanted justice. So I ask today what has the "Saints Leaders done to improve these relations"? Other than frick with Drew Brees

That’s just what happens when people do dumb sh*t like pledge loyalty to a reality tv conman over their country or even party.

It’s gonna be a bad 10 years for you because young people are growing up & the dinosaurs well…

Do you read? It had nothing to do with that guy, but was he not shot in the back??

Literally, money is the driving factor here, man. For Brees, it had to do more with his legacy and keeping the team together. Keeping the team together meant more winning. More winning meant more money in ownership's pocket.

You can consider it to be whatever makes you happy, but what he did doesn't mean shite to anyone but you blue balled bastards just angry as all get out cause your wives stopped putting out.

Did you not see the video?

There are 2 groups of people who no longer like Drew Brees. The alt right shitbags who can't see past the us flag, and the ignorant left who can't see past what his first comments were. They're not educated, but they can listen. These are the folks who listen to what they first hear, and it's all wrapped up from there.

Each side is ignorant in their own right, but which side is more willfully ignorant? Your side, bitch.
