frick the VA and I mean that with all my heart. His weakened immune system led to ulcers covering his tongue and leaving him barely eating. The jackasses at the VA recommended he eat more fish and chicken. He dropped from 190lbs down to 145 before I became aware of what was happening and the frickery they were prescribing him. It took me about 5 minutes of listening to this crap before I said god dammit dad you’re fricking starving to death. I put him on protein shakes and a multitude of vitamins and supplements. All of his health issues began to disappear within a matter of weeks. He’s been healthy and active for a year and a half now but they still monitor his immune system.
