Now I can confirm the FU visit & Tim Walton. There's may be a visit to LSU, but I'm not completely sure. 357 might be able to say more. Since I'm close to both player & school, I try to stay out of this.

I think it may have more of a courtesy because he was one of the team USA coaches and they were all together for a couple of weeks in Ireland earlier this month.

I believe schools with vet schools have the advantage and that gives A&M and us a chance... but I haven't talked to anyone in the last few days. Plus both are close to Houston...

I have to be careful... a few years ago I got a letter from LSU compliance after somebody told them that I spoke to a LSU commit during a post game handshake longer than what is considered normal. I also was talking to her before our game with her HS coach for several minutes -- the coach brought the player to introduce her to me, plus she recognized me from watching some LSU games. In fact when she said she was being recruited by LSU, all I told her was it's a great school & great team. After the game, I usually talk to the player on the opposing team who had the best game and it was her... she did come to LSU for one year. The compliance office dinged me since I was a Diamond Backer donor & season ticket holder.

So, unless a player is on my team or a blood relative, I keep my distance in matters like these, but I do keep my ears open.

I'm not so sure about those message boards... but if she doesn't visit, I can place blame on a couple of people.
