Making cars out of stuffed animals and not allowing them to go over 2 mph would save lives.

No Jennifer, no we don't. There's no limit to the term "all we can do." Wanna do "all we can do to save lives?" Change all speed limits to 10MPH and require 5-point harnesses and helmets for all vehicle passengers.

Like it or not we accept risk in the name of convenience every day.
